Dr. K. Shashidhar is a distinguished academician, researcher, and quality assurance leader with over 24 years of experience in higher education, research, innovation, and institutional development. He holds a Ph.D. from GITAM University, an M.Tech in VLSI System Design from JNT University Hyderabad, and a graduation from the Institution of Engineers (India)..

Currently, he serves as Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Head of Research & Development (R&D), and IQAC Coordinator at Samskruti College of Engineering & Technology (Autonomous), Ghatkesar, Hyderabad. In these leadership roles, he actively drives research culture, innovation ecosystems, industry-academia collaborations, accreditation processes, quality enhancement initiatives, and outcome-based education practices.
