The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is hereby constituted in accordance with Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and AICTE Regulations. The committee shall address complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace and ensure a safe environment for women employees and students.
- Look into allegations of sexual harassment, gathers evidence, and conducts inquiries.
- ICC ensures complainants and witnesses receive necessary support, including counselling and protection from retaliation.
- Based on findings, ICC suggests disciplinary action against perpetrators, which may include penalties, suspension, or termination.
- ICC conducts sessions on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) to educate students and staff.
