  2. Chair inquiry proceedings and meetings
  3. Ensure timely resolution of complaints

Members:

  1. Receive and process complaints
  2. Conduct investigations and gather evidence
  3. Provide support and assistance to complainants
  4. Participate in inquiry proceedings
  5. 5. Recommend action and suggest improvements

Secretary:

  1. Maintain records and documents
  2. Coordinate ICC meetings and activities
  3. Facilitate communication with stakeholders
  4. Prepare reports and updates

External Member:

  1. Provide independent perspective and guidance
  2. Participate in inquiry proceedings
  3. Support ICC in decision-making
